Green fees for 2008 are as follows: -
12 (minimum) - 15 Players £30.50 per head
16 - 25 Players £27.50 per head
26 - 40 Players £25.50 per head
41 + Players £20.50 per head
These prices include compulsory Personal Accident and Public Liability Insurance.
Meals must be ordered by separate arrangement with the Caterer, Miss Laura Mason, please contact her on 0121 436 7757 to discuss your requirements immediately your booking has been confirmed; the 2007 Society Day menu is enclosed for your perusal. Please note final numbers for meal requirements must be confirmed not less than one week prior to the date of the competition and paid for 48 hours before the Society day.
On the day of the competition, our Professional, Mr Chris Harrison will advise you of the door code and confirm your reserved tee times; play will be from the yellow markers and must commence from the 1st tee only.
Final numbers should be confirmed not less than one week prior to
the date of the competition and Green fees (less deposit) must be
paid before play commences.
Buggies are available for hire via the Professional Shop - please pre-book as early as possible.
Smart casual dress is allowed in the Lounge; however, Gentlemen must wear a Jacket and Tie in the restaurant for evening meals. Please note Gentlemen must not wear shirts outside trousers.
Tailored, knee length shorts (not combat style or sports shorts) with short white socks are permitted on the Course and in the Clubhouse but not in the restaurant.
The following dress is not allowed at any time in the Clubhouse or on the Course.
- Denim clothing or Bike leathers
- Collarless T-Shirts/Rugby Shirts or T-shirts with large logos (Tiger Woods style turtle-neck shirts are acceptable)
- Track Suits
- Sports or training shoes
Please note anyone arriving incorrectly dressed will not be allowed to play,
It is the Society Organiser’s responsibility to ensure that all Society Members are correctly attired.
No golf shoes (studs or pimples) are allowed in the Clubhouse and under no circumstances are golf shoes or clothing to be changed in the Car Park
The use of mobile phones is not permitted either on the Course (except in the case of emergency) or in the Clubhouse (exception locker rooms, where phones must be kept on silent alert)
If you are proposing to have a guest speaker or entertainment, please make them aware that Gay Hill is a Private Members Golf Club and expects their repertoire to be in keeping with the wishes of its Members.
At the present time we are taking bookings for Thursdays and occasional Mondays in 2009, please note that several dates have already been booked.
After telephoning to confirm your required date please return the enclosed booking form to the Secretary, at the above address, together with a non-returnable deposit of £10.00 per person (minimum £120). |
